I talked to Eric on the phone first and was impressed with his manners, professionalism and his down to earth friendliness. On top of that, he didn't try to up-sell me; instead he said he had several remnants that might be acceptable, then he came out, showed us, gave me a great quote, and did a great job (including clean up). Best of all, his total price for the carpet, padding + installation was actually 10% less than what he had originally quoted me. I couldn't be happier. The installers did a good job, but they were little late. They did not replace the doors to the utility room or rectory until I asked them to, and they did not tell me that the bedroom doors would not close. I expected that problem, but hey could have told me. On the other hand, they did haul away the old carpeting, and I appreciated that.
