"I live in a historical building an am unable to replace my balcony fire doors due to preservation laws. My doors were rotted and in need of insulation. I had R&D Construction examine the doors and they were able to restore the doors to a better condition and add insulation to the framing to eliminate cold winter drafts. They were quick and provided quality work, highly recommend. I found them to be helpful, educational and very responsive."

Once he explained the work he was going to perform I understood he was going to approach the project in the same manner as the more expensive contractors with the same materials. In the end he did a quality job for considerably less cost. He wasn’t looking to retire on one job. He was more than fair to us. We were happy customers and will use him in the future for other projects."
