Needs to improve a customer service, communication is an issue. Answer the phone calls or return calls later, do not ignore them that makes a people nervous . Ask about details on the scope of work, do not guess or assume, that leaves the customer disappointed that something what he expected wasn't done.

The person that did the power wash didn't do a good job, so I had to opt to put carpeting back down on the porch. This added an extra cost to the initial interview. The next day Greg spent approx. 2 hrs here and left w/o pulling all the staples from the living room floor. I had to call Todd and tell him the job was not finished. Instead of the job being $500.00 and change it ended up to $800.00 and some.
