The technician did a fantastic Job for a very good price. He was polite and professional and went above and beyond what we asked them to do. We submitted a request online and had a phone call from Sears within 5 minutes. They showed up later that day and completed the repair quickly.

Nathan was completely honest about the cost of repairs and he was professional. His work was done in timely manner. He was friendly and down to earth with a realness about him. This made him trustworthy and especially easy to trust with his eye contact and true interest in the project. His prices are very comparable to the other three companies that did a bid. After listening to Nathan explaining what he reccomended for the repairs...it just made common sense the way he discussed the problem. He put us in relax mode with his tone of voice. He didn't act like a salesman giving a pitch or recited speech. He also had an excellent team.

If I press the button stopping the door from closing as it goes down and press again to open, it will eventually open as I go through these steps. Same with when I tried to close.

Comment: I recently purchased this home. It looks as if they took the garage door opener and cable. Some rollers were missing and off track but those have been replaced and it was put back on track.
