Comment: Interior load bearing wall was poorly designed in 1978. The load force was cantilevered 2.5 off of the basement load beam and shifted back 2.5 to make 2nd floor wall. Both the joists for .5 of the 2nd floor bedroom and a loft meet and load the first floor load bearing wall. This wall is unsupported in the basement and is sagging and the loft, ground floor beam and 2nd floor wall are sagging and cracking.
