Not finished with his services but so far he's been amazing!!!

Part 1: Mark came to my home at 1am 2 yrs ago when my furnace died. He set up a quick-fix to get us through the night, then returned before 9am w/ a new furnace & AC unit. All was done before noon at a great price! Part 2: When I called in the Spring he came within an hour to check the freon level in the AC. He checked & adjusted the level - without charging me! Part 3: Mark was here again within a couple of hours to diagnose a problem w/ the AC he installed 2 yrs ago, ordered a new part & replaced it... again, without charge! I didn't even know it was covered! He has always returned my calls within 10 minutes - FANTASTIC SERVICE !!!

I had one think in mind when I called mark... I wanted a cold house and money was not an object only the system mattered, within an hour after calling mark he was at my house.. he bolted thru it and quickly came up with a system that i agreed upon, he knows the ac field,,, after spending 10,000 with him I now have two systems to keep my huge house cold, when it has been 115 degrees outside, my thermostat has been set at 69 degrees while it maintained 72 degrees... everywhere in the house,,, If you want your problems fixed at a very reasonable price , then call Mark and his son R.J they are very professional,ten stars to them
