"I needed a new roof and already had a couple of estimates. After finding AEM on Home Advisor, they were able to come out that afternoon. Right away, I felt comfortable with them; their explanation of the work was detailed and would include replacing everything, except the chimney! We even discussed 4 skylights that I was thinking of replacing. I confirmed their registration and insurance with the RI Contractors Registration Board. After receiving their quote and hearing they could start within a couple of weeks, I decided to have them do the work. Communication with AEM was excellent as they planned for materials and dumpster drop-off, etc. Any calls I made were quickly returned. The entire job was completed in one day, including the skylights. The owner was available in person, the workers were punctual, experienced and courteous. At the end of the day, my yard was clean of all debris, the work was high quality and my new roof looked fantastic. I had been dreading replacing my roof, worried about finding the right contractor, etc. AEM turned out to be the right company for the job and even made it a pleasant experience."
