Michael was knowledgeable, and has some v good staff who were efficient and good natured.

These guys did a great job. They were helping me pack and load a rental truck that I was driving from Connecticut to Virginia. I was not able to get proper tie downs and blankets from the truck rental company. They wrapped the furniture very well and were very creative tying down the sections of the load with nylon twine. Nothing was scratched or broken after a 300 mile trip with a lot of steep hills. The owner kept in contact with me regularly and frequently over email to make sure we had a solid plan on move day.

John, the owner and office staff were great, constant follow-ups thru out the process. Actual moving guys were quick and friendly, paid attention to fragile items...nothing broken, but a few chipped corners on old furniture...not terribly noticeable, but I would have thought the unwrapping of objects would have been done inside my home and not on the truck and then moved in...but maybe I'm just not familiar with the process. All in all, I'm happy with my experience and would use Q's again.
