Called next day with a quote. I found quote reasonable, it was a huge Job, , labor intensive, & dirty. I gave G & A “Go ahead“ & we set a start date“, this same week. G & A arrive bright & early, Began their work, recognized a challenge, neither of us had foreseen. G & A quirky “problem solved”, no need to call, just did, & kept job rolling, Job completed as promised: on schedule. Communication skills, A+. Pleasant, understands job description, correctly Assess “time“, necessary, to completion, Satisfaction Is guaranteed. G & A gets job done. Priced reasonable, even the most challenging jobs! I Hired, G & A again, immediately after 1st job, a 2nd, Job, equally as challenging. Again G & A, same as 1st time, start on time, work until job done.
