He's gray, he's grizzled, and he may know more about wells and pumps than just about anyone. Joe (he's the owner) is a wealth of information, his equipment is top notch, and his prices are as cheap as anyone. What really sold me was his candor and options he gave me. On all the other quotes, they always pushed the expensive stainless steel pumps (good but pricey), never mentioning any other alternatives. Joe told me about the bronze and plastic casings which are a lot cheaper. To put it simply, he's one of those old-time craftsmen and, while he likes to make a buck, his satisfaction comes from doing a good job.
