Dan was very good. He came out at the time he said he would come out for the estimate. His crew came out, did the job as explained and had no issues. The house looks great! The only problem was the weather. The day Dan and his crew were supposed to come out, it was raining. They could not do the job on that day because the brick and mortar would not have dried properly. So it was definitely not Dan's fault since he cannot control the weather. However, Dan called to let me know and rescheduled for two days later without any issues. The work was beautifully done, I'm a very satisfied customer and I would strongly recommend DFW Brick Repair.

The owner, Dan, was very responsive and professional. Quote was quite a bit higher than his competition, but decided to go with him because it looked like he would do a more through job. Job was qupted on Wednesday and work was suppoed to start the following Monday. They came instead on Friday when we were on our way back from Austin. Got back to a phone message asking about getting paid. I inspected the job and found a couple of spots they had missed and was not happy with the quality on the clean up. Most troubleing was the fact that his crew had completely trampled our flower bed. Dan came right over and agreed to pay for/replant plants.
