Comment: I have been in my 1974 built home for 14 years. Prior to moving in we did a complete bathroom remodel, but given the space constraints, we were unable to build the closet I was hoping for. At this time we have 17 feet of side yard, allowing us to add square footage and stay within city building guidelines. We plan to add approximately 150-200 square feet of bathroom and closet. The style would be a transitional style lending itself to spa like qualities.
