Sump Pump Pros in Danbury, CT (Connecticut)

Chris came and visited my home on same day I contacted Service Magic. He was very professional and provided quote for the sump pump installation same day. We hired him a couple of weeks later. He came on time on date scheduled and completed the project on time for estimated price. Work site was very clean and has a professional look about it. Now I home the sump pump functions properly and keeps our basement from flooding. Bring on the rain !

a bit overpriced ( which i agreed upon) but good clean project. i have to follow up with him as i didn't have the right battery for the back up system with the sump pump. and he really didn't give me that info in advance so i had everything needed when he showed. i returned first batery and got correct one, hooked up and alarm would not shut off. i will see if he wil stop by again to finish install. a real nice guy and very prompt, also a good assitant. they were neat and orderly, which for me is a real plus. project was 1400 and took 1/2 day

Soderquist came out and looked over my property. We had others try and sell us a very expensive fix, but he identified that we were not in need of a sump pump so much as much better landscaping. He gave us his reasoning, showed us how he thought water had actually just come in at one point through a window and did not charge us. Honesty is hard to find, and this guy was great.
