The Carpet Guys came to our new home the day we closed and brought the store to me - they measured and we had carpet installed the very next day and laminate vinyl flooring the following week. I filled out a web inquiry and they called me within 15 minutes and scheduled a sales person who came to our new home the same day with a multitude of samples. He measured, showed us the most popular products, helped us chose the right color and style and we had the carpet installed all within 48 hours. I called to ask a few questions the morning of installation and Jennifer assisted me. She was able to put my mind at ease and assured me they would take the old carpet and haul it away at no extra charge.
