"I had a very bushy tree on a steep hillside. Eric trimmed it beautifully showing off the multiple trunks and reducing the height so it could be maintained more easily. He Is very knowledgeable about plants so he gave me helpful information about other areas of the yard for future consideration. He cleaned up all the trimming, raked and left the area pristine."

Raul made sure he explained everything and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. I never met anyone that went that extra mile for his clients. What really impressed me was that everytime I called or texted him he always replied back in a timely manner. Communication was open and honest. Raul's team was great to work with. Especially, Javier (team leader.) Javier listened to our ideas, offered options and made suggestions. He gave us a time frame for which we could expect the different parts to be completed. The project was completed in a very timely manner. His team was very professional. Part of the project included dealing with drainage problems in the area in which the patio was to be built. We are incredibly pleased with that outcome, too. Javier always had a smile and a positive attitude. Javier always answered my questions and addressed my concerns.
