"Absolutely phenomenal experience. I hired Mike for a "second opinion" on my broken down central air unit. I previously had two other HVAC companies give the system a once over and both immediately went into salesperson mode; simply pushing me to replace the entire system. (To be fair, they aren't wrong. It is very old). However, they seemed more interested in pitching an install than actually diagnosing and attempting to repair the current problem.
