Very easy to work with. Craig answered every question I threw at him. He tailored our security system to our needs i/o just giving us a standard setup that may not have covered our needs. Installation price was very good & the monthly monitoring fee was comparable to others. When issues have arisen, they've come to the house to attempt to remedy. The only drawback to our experience was that we didn't have a rep come to the house to inspect it for our security system. This was handled over the phone. Still, I'm completely satisfied w/ our results.

The customer service representative that I dealt with (Charlie) was excellent. He was very thorough in helping me ensure that our home was protected adequately and for a lower monthly rate than ADT. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking great customer service and great equipment too.
