"Blue Ridge Construction built a custom trellis for me in my backyard last week. I highly recommend them. Zach, the owner, was great to work with. I was lucky that he had an opening in his schedule for a small job, otherwise I would have had to wait quite awhile since he is busy and does lots of large scale jobs. He gave me a fair price estimate on Tuesday and the crew built it on Thursday. From beginning contact to completion his communications were top notch, answering my questions, discussing details of materials and design, and final wrap-up. His builders Guillermo and Hydal were excellent. They had to create the curved corbels on-site, and they fined-tuned every detail of the trellis with me as they built. "Lavish Gardens was a pleasure to work with and they were very amenable to revising their proposal for me multiple times as I reprioritized the jobs I wanted to get done first. Mike came out to look over the work and do the original estimate and he was great to work with. He gave me some ideas on what I could do and didnâ t try to upsell me on things I didnâ t need. The week before the work started Russell and Ivan came out to walk the job and I felt very comfortable and knew exactly what would be happening. The week of the job they kept me posted on timing, work accomplished, and work left to be done. I never had to ask for updates and when the crew was at my house they worked hard and were very respectful of me and my neighbors. The work was done efficiently and was very well done. They did some extra work that was related to the job because they had the tool there for it and it was such a nice surprise for me. Additionally, they did an excellent job of cleanup and left my property in pristine shape. Lavish Gardens was one of the landscape companies I called but they far outshined the other companies in curtesy, responsiveness, and professionalism. "You can tell when someone is passionate about their work, and that’s what ultimately lead us to Zinfandel. The quality of work and care put into our landscaping was beyond expectations. Communication was a bit lacking when a couple setbacks arose that caused delays. The finished product was well worth the delays and even the frustrating lack of communication. I’d suggest they hire a full time secretary to handle customer commitments as I can imagine they're potentially losing some customers when things like that happen. Despite the issues, I would highly recommend this company if you value a quality final product."

He made a point to always come early and completed every thing on time. He did triple retaining walls with drainage and lights in the walls. He was extremely professional and polite, he planted many flowers and shrubs that enhanced beauty to the yard.
