I have owned my home for over 18 years, and have done a lot of work on it - from smaller jobs, to full underpinning and finishing basement, full kitchen gut and redo, full bathroom gut and redo. Overall, Juan was the best contractor I have hired in 18 years of working on this home. He was polite, punctual, his work was absolutely excellent, and his price was fair considering the scope of work. He removed my concrete driveway and replaced it with a permeable paver driveway that qualified for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's rebate program. My neighbors on both sides and in front of my home all commented on how great his crew was, how polite they were, and how great the driveway lookd. I HIGHLY recommend Melendez Renovations, LLC!"

"Mr. Reyes is the complete package. He is the owner and also provides the estimate and does the work. Despite these responsibilities he is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He and his crew did 3 jobs. The main job was regrouting and sealing our flagstone pool deck. He did an EXCELLENT job! The deck did not look this good when it was first completed 15 years ago. He also did some regrouting in the front and back of the house, also excellent. To boot, he also had the best prices. In short: Competent, honest, easy to work with and the best prices! Not sure what more anyone would want."

Construction installed our hardwood/vinyl floors throughout our house, removed and installed a back door in our kitchen, and rebuilt a wall in our kitchen that was crumbling from water damage that we weren't aware of. I couldn't be more happier in their customer service, hard work and the quality of their work. The price that I was quoted was very reasonable for all that they did. Ferdy managed his team so well that I was amazed how much work they would accomplish each day. He was the last to leave at the end of the day. He ensured that everything was finished off perfectly and went beyond what I expected; even finished some things that I was planning to do myself. Everyone was very courteous, and cleaned up so well at the end of the day. I wish I could give M.A.J. more than five stars.
