"I called him Friday 3 PM to pump septic tank. He was able to come very next morning, Saturday to do the job. He found some problems with the septic tank and offered fair option to look at. No pushing, just very professional opinion, possible scenarios and estimates. Scheduled repair service next Monday. He came in the morning as promised, despite the rainy weather, managed to figure out the problem, do the repair and also suggested some additional piping which should help in a future. When I noticed the problem getting worse, I contacted him. He was able to come the very next day and drive down to the city.
