After I explained the hard water issues I was having in Commerce City and the time frame I was given for instillation from other companies they were eager to earn my business and came out and installed the entire system that day. I looked up the brand online and after a few weeks of having the system I am very happy with the results. I recommend that every new home buyer get this system as soon as you get your home because it is not an option with the builder and no one tells you how bad the water is in commerce city only that a water softening plant is being built. This is a smaller company but they sell better quality products, are eager to earn your business and Bob was very good. He arrived when he said he would, brought the entire system in my home, explained the benefits of how he would install and went to work. Within two hours had everything complete and it was all quality work. During the entire process water pros team was friendly, truthful and completed as promised. I would recommend using them above the two other options that came up in my search of this area."

"Lanney was very friendly and professional. He gave us a free estimate before relocating and installing our current whole house water filter. Even though it wasn't a system he sold, he still took care of us. He saved us because the company that sold us our system sold to another company and washed their hands of us. Lanney seems like a straight shooter, not selling us unnecessary add ones. He moved carefully within the home during the process to protect the interior of the home. (Ex. Used a dolly with bigger wheels to protect the stairway. Putting rugs down to protect the floors. ) He taught us things about our water heater we weren't aware of...things our builder neglected to tell us.
