Technician diagnosed problem with A/C immediately and did not try to "sell me on a more expensive repair. " Everyone was friendly and professional. Price was what I expected-- part (capacitor) was about triple what I would have paid for it onlline. You are paying for their expertise at diagnosing your problem and other costs of doing business; so I have no complaint about the price. I thought it was competitive. I would definitely recommend Sal's to anyone in need of work on their furnace or A/C.
