Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System

These people were great! My gas furnace went out during a cold spell when it was down to 20 degrees at night. A repair tech was at my house within hours and it seemed that the best option was to replace the unit. (It was original to the house, built in 1987.) At 5:15 p.m. they were able to get a salesperson to my house who spent about an hour taking all the measurements in the house and asking me questions. I had a second estimate, that took 10 minutes without any real in-depth discussion. The next day I purchased the heater from Associated and it was installed a day later. Totally professional in all aspects!
