Started the project promptly and finished the project on time. My house looks great. The paint job was primarily sprayed which was what I was expecting. I couldn't afford an all brushed on job. They asked plenty of questions throughout the job especially regarding how I wanted the trim colors done and did everything exactly as I specified. My main complaint and reason for the 3.5 stars was that one of the doors had overspray on the interior side and I wasn't informed about it immediately. However, I was able to clean it off without too much trouble.
