When I first showed interest, I got a call immediately. I believe he was out that afternoon to look at our project. When our items arrived, again Ryan was here within a few hours to start installing. Even though we ended up not having all of the things we needed, and before he was able to get back, we had TV issues which required us to get another one. Though all of this, Ryan worked with us and was more than competent, cheerful and happy to do whatever it took to make us happy. I would definitely recommend and use them again should the need arise.
