I object to the $95 "travel time" - just to get to my house. MANY other service organizations charge for the time AT the house actually doing something. That said, the repair tech (Robert) was very personable, knowledgeable, competent, and paid great attention to detail - on of the best tech I have met - probably due in part to his military background.
