"My insulation layer on the external water pipe broke during the winter and there was a crack on the pipe. I did not realize it until the spring. Polar Bear plumbing expert Mr. Steve Gardner came in and did a thorough inspection and gave me a list of options. The next day, he came in and fixed everything very professionally, including replacing the pipe, properly positioning it, adding an additional drain to prevent future freezing and cracking, replacing the other elbows along the pipe to prevent future breakdowns, and properly insulating the entire pipe from the wall to the ground. Mr. Gardner is very laid-back and does not only seek to get the job done correctly but also aims to build a long-term relationship. He actually put himself in my boots. The price is also very reasonable for the service and the knowledge I got."

"David Vargas called about the problem we were having with a leak from the roof mounted range vent system. We needed an HVAC person. He sent Ryan Black out and the fix was completed efficiently and expertly. We highly recommend them ."
