"They were my second quote and Mr. Shumaker, himself, came out to give it to me. As soon as we met he said we were family and he meant it. I needed super quick turn-around when we left our dog at a new kennel and he came home with flea infestation. First time in his 3.5 years. It was all over our house in a matter of a week. Our kids are not home this week, which was perfect; however its Spring Break and they come home in three days. They are highly allergic to insects. We knew time was crucial to get this done ASAP. Sure enough, Mr. Shumaker placed a call and Mike came out and they spent the next few hours spraying our 5 BR / 4.5 bath home on over an acre for a price that matched their competition plus extra services. We've already signed up with them for quarterly service as we have other bugs on occasion. They told us how to quickly prep, how long to wait, when to do the floors before the kids came home and promised to come right back if the problem wasn't solved. They through in the 2nd follow up visit in 20 days. We are beyond thrilled and would highly recommend their services. They are very personable and knowledgable. You can tell they are a loving and caring family and that is the exact fit for our young family. Thank you to the crew for the speedy, expert service. We owe you. Big time. :)"
