Very easy to work with. Craig answered every question I threw at him. He tailored our security system to our needs i/o just giving us a standard setup that may not have covered our needs. Installation price was very good & the monthly monitoring fee was comparable to others. When issues have arisen, they've come to the house to attempt to remedy. The only drawback to our experience was that we didn't have a rep come to the house to inspect it for our security system. This was handled over the phone. Still, I'm completely satisfied w/ our results.

I am ver happy to have Progress Alarm Co.to instal my security camera system. They are the type of people that once they start on the job they do not stop untill they get the problem resolve. I am looking forward to doing buisness with them again. It's nice to have a security company that my family can rely on. And I would like to give special Thank you to Bob ! Thank you !
