Only had the service for a very short time, but was VERY satisfied.

The home health aides always took excellent care of my father who was unable to walk. They tried to cheer him up and follow his wishes. He was always clean and well-fed. They were kind and courteous at all times. I am very grateful to them and have already recommended Sara Companion Svs to a friend.

The aides were very nice and did their job well, the book keeping part of the agency was very messed up. They need to be more prompt with calling clients back. The weekend on call girls were not always answering the phone which was a problem when aides did not show up. Finding a good aide for the weekends was difficult.
