Comment: The roof on an addition leaks constantly and is damaging the wall. The wall is often wet and we are afraid of black mold. Evidently, the previous owners turned a deck into a family room, but we now believe that they did it themselves and that the way the addition was built is inappropriate and has no way for the water to drain.
