Comment: I'm sorry but the choises you provide didn't match my project. I just answered them to ask this question. I need a hole drilled in my existing concrete boarder for xtra drainage. The water from my front entry way drains down the walkway where there is one one inch hole for all the water, I would like to drill one more hole so the water doesnt' have to set there because the one inch hole is full.
