Alan was on time for his appointment and completed two small jobs - replacing a ceramic tile and cementing a hole in an outside wall where iguanas hide. He did the work right away for $150. It took him about 2 hours to do. The tile was replaced but was left a little higher than the others and he left me to complete the grouting. The hole in the outside was was closed up but he neglected to tack down an aluminum cover and the iguanas are still hiding in the wall. The work was not first rate and the price was high for the amount of time spent.

Great service. Mr. Simonetti arrived ahead of time for the estimate and for the job itself. He did a professional job and totally cleaned up afterward. I would definately hire him again.

Although I contacted 3 companies from Home Advisors, Alan was the only one who got back to me. He was honest, fair and explained everything in detail so you know ahead of time what to expect. We had 6 doors that needed to be cut and hung and as expected, NOTHING aligns properly. However, Alan worked on each door to ensure it was PERFECT before moving onto the next. His attention to detail is great and he won't give up until it's done right. We recently had a lot of work done through Lowe's, etc. and the difference in attitude is like night & day. Alan cares about his work and his clients..something hard to find these days.
