Comment: I have a flat residential roof that I need stripped and re-covered. I have a permit for the work. I need a quote. The house is located in Fort Worth, TX, it is flat, it is approximately 34'x44'. I will need tapered insulation or some other form of water redirection under the roofing in order to introduce a minimal slope. I cannot add empty space under the roof deck. I have 1 sewage vent pipe, 2 bathroom fan vents, 1 hot water vent pipe, and one range hood vent pipe as openings in the surface. There is no lip on the edge of the roof, so I will also need gutters and drip edging installed. I need a white or reflective surface on the roof. Can I get a quote as well as a potential time-frame on when work could be done?
