I did not personally meet Bob. I set up the appointment with my husband. My husband said that Bob was very friendly and professional and was an overall wonderful Christian. He helped to save us money by recommending things that we could do in order to prevent further mold problems in the future. It is obvious that Bob is not in this business for the money but he cares for his customers. His secretary, Teresa, was also very friendly and professional over the phone. Thank you Bob for helping my husband and I to provide a safer environment for our children! :-) I will definatley recommend this company to others who need these services.

Comment: Son has been ill several times with asthma, allergies and sinus infections since infancy. Now son is 11 years old and missed 19 days of school in 2011 and 2012. My boys and I moved out of home due to relationship issues with ex-boyfriend for approximately last 6 months. My son has only been sick three times this year while living with my parents. We are now remodeling home and I do not want to take son home until I am sure there is no mold in house. Suspicious of mold in front bedroom (son's bedroom who has allergy issues and where roof leaked one year, was replaced). We also had issues of leaking on floor in son's room and replaced sheetrock on bottom half of wall but concern that still in top of wall and attic. Also suspicious of mold in my master closet and bathroom due to water heater breaking down in garage and seeped through flooring of closet. Really just need the whole has checked.
