I got a call back promptly. Jerry listened to the whole situation patiently and adviced the best course of action over the phone. His follow-up was phenomenal and you could tell that he really cared about your project getting done efficiently and cost effectively. He could've very easily oversold me on stuff that I didn't need to do (like replacing the shingles). His suggestions for cleaning (by myself) was perfect.
