"JRC came out within hours after requesting a quote on a Sunday after the big rainstorm that hit Nashville at the end of Mar '21. The quote was to fix a leak in our sunroom ceiling and fix some rotten boards and was very competitive. (Note I had another company come out the next day and they did not send their much higher quote to me until after JRC had already fixed the roof!) JRC came out a few days later and made the roof look new and completely fixed the leak with no supervision required!! They also billed me professionally and I was able to pay online once the work was done."
