They did an excellent job, very reliable, on time, and left everything clean. I also hired them to install all my shower, sinks, and toilets once my house was ready and they did a really clean job as well. I hired them to install my tankless water heater new furnace and air conditioner. I had other people give me bids on these jobs but by the knowledge and experience and previos experience with Lux Plumbing I could not go with anyone else. The owners and home office personnel are very aware of the project, keep the customer updated daily, provide photos of the plumbing techs coming to your home and the time they will arrive. All of the employees and owners are very courteous, listen to your questions, answer those questions very knowledgably and complete the work extremely professionally. They review the project in person, prepare and provide an easily understandable estimate of the work to be done and obtain your OK and signature before any work is started. The plumbing Techs (Jaime and Angel on my 3 jobs) were very nice, explained each day what they would be doing (in terms that me as a Senior would fully understand), were very professional and knowledgeable regarding their work, and completed their work each day on a very timely basis. My 3 jobs were replacing my entire front yard water pipe system (house to street), replacing my entire water pipe system under the house and replacing the entire sewer pipe system under the house (they also replaced my water heater). They did an absolutely excellent job on all facets of the jobs, cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed all of the work in a very timely manner (7 days). I would very, very highly recommend Clear All Rooter to anyone and everyone that asks for my reference of a "good plumbing company" to do work for them and I will hire them again myself for any future plumbing jobs that I may have."
