"These guys came in and did everything exactly as we discussed. No fuss, no mess, not a single thing went wrong. His guys were easy to work with, we discussed the project anytime I or they had a question, and the work was done to my total satisfaction. The pricing was much better than the others and the quality of the finished job was as high as it could have been so I feel like it was money well spent. These guys took pride in their work. They were at all times curteous and professional. When Jose came out to provide an estimate, I was immediately set at ease concerning his company's ability to do the job right. "This company is very professional. James called me before I could call them, came out next day, gave me an estimate that wasn't far off from a previous paint job we did in 2008 that was sub-par from another contractor. James was extremely nice. We selected them after reviewing different bids. He sent out a worker on one day to do a thorough pressure wash of home exterior and an awning. The following week a crew of 5-6 arrived very much on time, they were extremely meticulous in covering everything within proximity of home to ensure paint did not go where it shouldn't, including surrounding plants, fences, gates, windows. The home was completed by day end, all materials removed and the area was cleaned up. We took pictures to share on Facebook with family and friends and we noticed one window in front had some lighter areas and ask James to look at the photo, we also noticed that one light fixture in front was broken. I spoke to James and he stopped by to pick up to check and took a $100 off the job to help repair fixture without my first asking, he arranged for a painter of theirs to come back and put another coat on the lighter area and survey if any touch up needed to be done. We are very pleased with this company, their professionalism, the work, and especially James and his very good customer service. Highly recommend them."

"Genuine Coatings, Inc. is a very comprehensive exterior house painter. On the job daily from 8:45am ~ 4p. Very polite hard working team family and friends. Much attention to detail and doing extra small painting details. Comfortable with this team every day walking around our home daily for a month and a week. They were very gracious and always asked if we liked their work. And we told them it is great. We reviewed their work by a walk around and I even got on a ladder to closely inspect the work. Mario is the owner and is very young owner and his foreman William and team members : Julio, expertise highly skilled carpenter, beautiful craftsmanship of fascia replacement and wood window frame detail repairs, Rodrigo, Kevin, Timmy and Gaspar were all so hard working."

"Cesar Lima Painting Services (aka Lucid Painting) were very professional. Cesar took a look around the house and explained what his team would do in each area including replacing termite damaged wood (with redwood), blasting away damaged paint and stucco then repairing prior to painting, cleaning and sanding the whole structure, and applying anti fungal primer in areas that had mold damage. His team then arrived and did exactly what Cesar said they would. They were very polite and just got on with the work. Cesar provided a very competitive quote and did not ask for payment until after the job was done - even then it wasn’t like he called me straight away to demand payment. I reached out to him to organize an inspection date and then I paid by check. All in all, a very pleasant experience! :)"
