very professional. the tech knew what he was doing and I would definitely hire him.. but its VERY expensive. my electric furnace broke, it was the blow motor and it was under warranty. Still had to dish out $59 for them coming over and another $278 just to get the motor replaced. I haven't checked with other's in town, which I should have.

Product, service and sales are very good but I felt their end product is grossly overpriced but I haven't price checked anywhere else to see how bad I overpaid. Maybe better off not knowing. Please do some research before hand.
