"I requested estimates on this web site at midnight. At 8:00 AM the next morning Dennis called me and scheduled an estimate early that afternoon. He arrived promptly, estimated the job to take 2 hours, and offered to do the job right then. His hourly rate was less than another quote I received, and he made no-big-deal about opening seams, removing excess material, and re-sealing the seams. The other company had claimed it was a big deal and was going to charge $100 extra for every seam they had to open and re-seal (I had three). Dennis finished the job in just a little less than the 2 hours he'd estimated (including moving some furniture). The wrinkles in the carpet are gone and the seams he opened and re-sealed are flawless."
