The dead cypress tree was easily 40 feet high, so I was expecting to pay a premium for its removal. Elias from Commercial Tree Service offered the lowest bid, and agreed to perform the work within days of my signing the contract. A crew of 4 showed up early, got right to work, and not only removed the trees I had requested, but also offered to take out some large dead shrubs on my parkway, at no extra charge! All the trees were stump ground, so the end result is a very clean look. Now, the beauty of my house is visible, since all the ugly trees are gone. I will definitely hire Commercial Tree Service again. In fact, I plan to have them back to remove a large wisteria that has taken over my entire side yard, and another dead tree in my back yard."

Removed the back yard concrete slabs that had lifted and tilted as the retaining wall had leaned, and put in a new continuous concrete surface. Removed the cracked front yard driveway that had cracks and an ugly patch from having replaced the sewer line, and put in a new driveway. This included a drain to eliminate the puddle that had always formed in front of the porch when it rained, and laid tile on the concrete porch. They did a great job. Yosif does not like to write detailed contracts, but he did everything he said he would."
