Home Pro Roofing employee arrived on time. The employee was professional and quickly identified the issues with the roof, which included providing pictures that visually displayed the problems. The employee fixed the issues with the roof in a timely manner. Again, the employee provided pictures of the roof that documented that the roofing work had been completed.

Overall Libery's contractors were excellent; they did great work. Unfortunately, Liberty's customer service was poor. The salesman sent contractor's to my house without informing me. Once I signed the contract, they were to contact me for a delivery date, however, that did not happen. Contractors started delivering items to my house without my knowledge. They interrupted an event schedule for that Saturday that I had to change the venue because shingles were sitting on my roof and other items in the grass. The contractors were given delivery dates however the customer was not. They promise they would remove the items but to no avail.
