When I called it was late afternoon on a Tuesday. Bob said thy were booked until Friday but was kind enough to offer to drop by later that evening. Instead his partner called and came over within the hour and did a temporary fix on the water heater. He then came back before noon the next day with the replacement part and final repair. i really appreciated their willingness tho get the job done in a very timely manner.
