"David is exceptional! I love how easy he made it to go from overwhelm to an actual design that we love! He also helped us remain within our budget and kept us mindful of not overspending in areas, creatively offered workarounds, and allowed us revise with no hassels. He is fun to work with and his attention to detail and knowledge of requirements and regulation gave us the ability to navigate the design process with ease. We were also able to see our home being designed with the 3D viewer, which for people like me who struggle to "see" what the actual houseplan will look like, it made it that much more easy and exciting. "I could not be more impressed with Lanny, Paul and Jorge. The level of customer service and attention to detail was amazing through out the project. When Lanny said he and/or his crew would be there...they were there and on time (when does that happen??). Lanny returns calls and texts every day and on the weekends. They did everything possible to finish the project quickly as we were listing our house as soon as complete. I am beyond picky and I see everything. I have never had the pleasure of writing a review with this level of satisfaction. I will recommend Blue Sky Construction and Lanny to everyone I know needing work to be done.
