I have never had a contractor who takes such time with his customer and explain the process step by step, making sure I understood what was going on and that he was doing things to our satisfaction. Honest as the day is long, I just gave him a key to the house. He would text me each day, often with an accompanying picture, and explain what he and Steve had done that day. I have already got him lined up for our next home improvement project."

He even gave me enough information to make a decision about what he should try to fix and whether or not I would want to move on to a more expensive attempted repair if the first thing did not work. He had to go out and get the part for the first attempted fix - came back promptly. When that did not work, we both agreed that it will not be cost effective to move forward with further repairs. In the end, I was satisfied; I would hire this company again because they gained my trust and did an outstanding job."
