The quality of work was excellent and completed on the date agreed. This contractor charges by the half day so was expensive for the amount of work he did.

It was not a big job – under $2K. The renovation project involved structural framing/construction on an old 2-car garage to replace the sill plate foundation and rotted support studs. Extensive, often down and dirty prep work was required and intricate problem-solving nearly every step of the way. Strazar’s framing skills and craftsmanship are top notch. The work was done meticulously and the end result was a work of art.

If you want someone ou can trust to do what needs to get done the correct way and not worry if its going to last call Strazar Design, he is the complete package with everyone u need, electrican,plumber,tile,granite, he has them all ,u have to look no father than Strazar Design!!! We are in full packing mode,thanks to u and all of your great contractors. This would not have been happening if it were not for you and all the hard ,but GREAT work you did.
