He called first and then showed up on time the first time to asses the problem and the 2nd time to repair. Got me the contact to order the Jado part as is the way with Jado the customer orders the part. The faucet was repaired.

Comment: I have 2 projects I need an initial estimate on. First is a toilet replace on the first floor bathroom, the current toilet is past its prime and temporary fixes are no longer an option. Second is a sink that needs to be replaced on the third floor. Currently the hot and cold water are separated. I would like to replaced with one that blends the hot and cold lines. The other issue is that the sink is continuously calling for hot water from the heater. I believe a new set up will clear up both problems.
