NE Radon are very easy to work with. I requested information on a Friday and by Monday the system was installed. Their installation looks good and our radon went from 10 to 1.7 after the installation. My one piece of advice is to be very careful about where you have it installed. The system uses a motor (fan) that is attached to your house, and there is some noise transmitted into the room(s) adjacent to the installation. So choose a location as far away from living spaces as you can.
