They really paid very close attention to detail, nail pops, cracks in the walls, and areas that needed to be chaulked. I was a little anxious before this home project was statrted, but when it was completed I could not have been more pleased. Josh was a fantastic representative. He listened to my what I wanted done, made some very good suggestions on paint color and accent walls. Josh was responsive to my calls, always showed up on time for an appointment, checked in mid-week to see the progress of the job and reassured me that the interior painting would be completed to my satisfaction. "Carter and John communicated well. They let me know accurately when they would be here. They removed a pair of French doors and filled the hinge and latch spaces in the door frame. Their work is very neat. They also cleaned two skylights. They are friendly and gentlemanly and are a joy to have in the house. I asked them if they would like to build handrails for just two steps. They directed me immediately to a pair of handrails on Amazon that is far more attractive than I had dreamed of. I have ordered them, and they will be installed next week. I look forward to working with this company again."

"Never having had this same problem before, it is hard to make a cost comparison. But our sense is that, in an urgent situation, we were not taken advantage of or pressured. We got quick response -- were told how to stop further leakage, and got new water heater installed the same day. Also learned about services in future that can prevent some forseeable issues. Richard was personable and professionable. He called when en route, and sent photo so we'd recognize him. He was knowledgeable, and explained situation and our options thoroughly. Then he acted expeditiously to turn a potential disaster (with company coming!) into a relatively fast "save" with no significant cleanup/damage to address afterward. We had been without a regular plumber, and knew we needed one. Now we've found one we like and trust. Hard to put a price tag on that!"
